We are a Tech-only co-working incubation space whose members work in the greenest 800-m2 Central Saigon office view and interact among a unique thriving and vibrant TECH community.
you will be the first point of contact for our company.
Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
* Manage office stationery, coordinate purchases and maintain sufficient level of stock for office use
* Handle incoming and outgoing mails
* Liaise with vendors on fixed assets and other requisitions
* Verify the correctness of invoices upon receipt of goods
* Handle the administration of Swift operations including the handling of all incoming and outgoing messages, recording of all messages and distribution of the messages
* Handle the administration of statement including printing, recording and send original copy to customer.

Minimum height requirement from 160 cm. :)
you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
*Excellent oral and written English and Vietnamese
*At least 2-3 year experience in related functions
*Experience in managing office equipment or stationery
*Pleasant disposition, willing to learn and undertake additional responsibilities
*Energetic and driven individual with a positive attitude
