Main Responsibilities
• Welcome guest at Pha Got , escort guest to boat, farewell guest ensure all guest have full information on arrival and departure
• Giving daily guest presentations providing detailed Lan Ha Bay information including the culture, local community, area and company
• Taking care of each excursion and activity on board
• Informing guest on our itinerary, provide information on board and details of activity and location
• Ensuring that all excursion and activity are running smoothly
• Responding to guest inquiry at the reception and work as the main department to provide full information about the bay and cruise
• Dealing with incident and report to cruise manager and captain
• Co-operate and send information to all department on board
• Provide information about things to prepare before each activity
• Communicate well with guest to provide feedback on activity
• Professional manners and good English speaking when dealing with guests and handling inquiry
Task Report
• Meets with CM/ ACM to finalized the passenger list on special request, special setup and check room to ensure everything is as followed.
• Communicate closely to inform any issue to CM/ACM

BRAND / LOCATION: Orchid Cruise, Azalea Cruise, Peony Cruise / Hai Phong
CONDITIONS (hours etc): Rotational Shifts as designed and long working hour / 5 days of per month with approval
DIRECTLY REPORTING TO: Assistant Cruise Manager/ Cruise Manager
INDIRECTLY REPORTING TO: Director Of Operation
