Mô tả công việc
• Receiving & welcoming guests in polite and warm manner, direct visitors to their destination
• Receiving and distributing incoming phone, fax, mail
• Dealing with all enquiries, including request for company information, in a professional and courteous manner, in person or by telephone
• Sending domestic and overseas ABB mail and package
• Maintaining clean reception area and providing PPE to visitors
• Reporting any maintenance issues immediately to line manager
• Managing car booking system and arranging car for business trip service, making monthly car allocation reports and PR, GR for payment to vendor

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education: Diploma degree in any discipline
• Experience: At least 1 year of working experience as front liner
• Knowledge and Skills:
o Good command of English
o Good communication and phone skills
o Demonstrate customer focus attitude
o Proactive and good team player
o High attention to detail
o Able to multitasks and work with minimum supervision
o Respect for confidentiality and discretion
