Mô tả công việc
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
• Maintain the clients’ contracts database.
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
• Ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues, control deliveries.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status, aging....
• VAT report
• Handle other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant or Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 3 years working experience as accounts receivable accountant or general accountant.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, credit and collection practices.
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
• Customer service orientation.
• Attention to details.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
