Receivable Accountant (Shopping Mall)

***Working Location: Crescent Mall Center Management Office, 6F, 101 Ton Dat Tien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7
***Working time: 9:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
***Gross Salary: 10,000,000 - 14,000,000 VND gross

The Receivable Accountant is a key position within the Accounts team at Crescent Mall. As part of a cohesive team, the Receivable Accountant will provide a customer focused service within the Crescent Mall, managing the Accounts Receivable Function for Rent, Service Charge, Promotional Levy, Parking, Extended Trade, Utilities and other related charges to Tenants. Thus the Receivable Accountant will play an important role in the management of the Landlord’s income. This varied role will include the collation of annual budgets, monthly and annual reporting and cash flow management and analysis, plus participation in the completion of year end accounts and reports. The Receivable Accountant will also implement effective controls and procedures in relation to the monitoring of income. The Receivable Accountant is part of the Accounts team responsible for maintaining an effective and accurate Accounting function at Crescent Mall

***DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure efficient and timely recovery of Service Charge, Promotional Levy, Parking, Utility Charges and any other related charges to Tenants. ·
Maintain clarity for tenants in relation to the above mentioned charges. ·
Accurate recording and reporting of all information, charges and data in relation to all receivable accounts, at all times.
Effective and timely support to Operations, Engineering and Retail Divisions
Tenant master data controlling
Sales & Invoices issuance
Debt Collection & Zero Arrears Managing
Petty Cash Management
Filing and Reporting
Other

***EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS:
The Receivable Accountant must have:
University Degree
Two years or more experience in accounting job
Familiar with spread-sheet working and other computer applications relating to the work.
Ability to understand, interpret and analyse numerical information.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in both Vietnamese and English at good level.
Ability to accurately translate documents from English to Vietnamese, and from Vietnamese to English.
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
