Receivable Accountant

** Controlling Credit in Project and Genenal sales channel:
- Keep track of and push AR to ensure collection on time
- Daily control the AR by release of Sales order, transferring in compliance with company policy
- Match collection vs AR into system (Matching <= 2 days after payment)
- Contact with customers by email/mail, phone, visit them for following and pushing AR (if any)
- Follow and push AR overdue
- Weekly send the Overdue AR to sales for coordination for settlement
- File AR and documents by hard and soft copy

** Support role and other job:
- Deep understanding in Tax law to work with customer (knowledge of invoice, return, rebate and promotion…)
- Check contract
- Check payment request and settlement document
- Bank guaranty
- Make guaranty letter submitting to bank and related and follow them
- Discuss with bank / customer about bank guaranty
- Release bank guaranty
- AR confirmation with customers via monthly/ quarterly
- Support for colleague when she is absent
- Build and keep good relation with internal/ external customers

** Report:
- Monthly AR reports
- Other accounting reports

- Bachelor 's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience
- Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system more than 1-2 years
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Access, Words & Power Point)
- Experience in SAP software (if any), Civil law, Commercial law (if any)
- Adapt quickly to customized computer software programs
- Communication enough in English
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, can work high-pressure work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
