Receivable Accountant

1. Sales Accounting
- Monitoring of cash receipt and reconciled for customer code
- Controlling data of sales vehicle
- Monitoring of sales policy, selling price
- Reviewing of Sales/Delivery report of vehicle
- Posting volume of cash receipts on a daily basis
- Performing account reconciliations and monthly revenue analysis report

2. Controlling of accounts receivable
- Preparation of month-end report for revenue, account receivable.
- Reviewing and analyzing accounts receivable debts
- Processing dealer invoices and maintained accurate accounting records and files
- Maintained a high level of teamwork and focus, while striving to prepare monthly journal entries and deliverables in the most efficient and accurate manner

3. Controlling of VAT/SCT output report
- Reviewing and verifying VAT invoices before getting GM's signature
- Preparation of month-end report for VAT, SCT output

- Education: University Degree in Accountant/ Finance
- More than 2 years of experience in Accounting is required
- Experience in working with accounting software is preferable
- Good English communication
