Mô tả công việc
- Daily post receipts, revenue voucher to ERP system;
- Follow contract and payment from customers;
- Checking inventory; data of contract finalization for to issue VAT invoices;
- Issue VAT invoice;
- Update customers data base; create contract code in ERP system;
- Weekly prepare and make AR aging report;
- Prepare and reconcile weekly AR reports. Monthly, prepare accrue revenue and balance sheet reconciliation with AR ledgers. Assist with month-end closing/AR accounts;
- Support for working with internal audit; year-end audit ; tax inspection related to AR field;
- Control contract file and filing documents;
- Support other Accounting team member to do stock count in year end;
- Perform other tasks of Finance Team assigned by Supervisor and Manager from time to time;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, banking or related fields;
- 2-3 years of working experience in corporate accounting/accounting firm;
- ERP system skills is preferrable;
- Work independent or team work;
- Can work under high pressure;
- Good at English skills;
- Honest, hard - working, patient;
- Responsible and enthusiastic;
- Positive and clearly oriented.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATIONS
- Salary: 450 – 600 USD/ month
- Annual Bonus: 1-4 months salary depend on performance;
