Mô tả công việc
- Meet and greet clients, guests.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Control of office supplies, stationery and forms
- Assist in maintenance of company’s assets.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Other tasks as required by department head

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College graduated; additional certification in Office Management is a plus;
- At least 1-year experience in reception job;
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
- Verbal and written communication skills – Soft voice;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Customer service attitude;
- Good at English (4 skills: Listening, writing, speaking, reading);
- Work location: Noi Bai Industrial Zone.
- At least 1-year experience in reception job;
