Real Estate Manager

• Possess a strong understanding of real estate sector specifically in Vietnam
• Thorough understanding of our solutions, our competition and positioning in the market
• Possess good connects with real estate and construction clients in target markets and ideas on market strategies that can be used to attract clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, pursue leads and regularly follow-up till successful conversion
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on competition
• Planning and overseeing new go-to market initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
• Support in developing proposals and marketing materials for clients
• Work closely with team to develop new solutions in line with client requirements
• Support the team in delivery of engagements as required

• Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field (I can be flexible to have Bachelor’s Degree if other requirements match)
• Five years plus proven track record in business sales or related market
• Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to client and team, in a clear and concise manner
• Strong presentation and communication skills- English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to travel as per work requirements
