Mô tả công việc
- To search for information of potential projects
- To prepare reports on real estates of big cities in Vietnam; be capable of understanding and analyzing reports on real estates.
- To set up or maintain good relations with high-level government officers, stated-owned companies or international organizations and construction companies and sub-contractors.
- To obtain bidding information for real estate development projects
- To conduct financial analysis of development projects
- To conduct feasibility studies of development projects
- To prepare and submit business proposals of property development plan
- Other duties assigned by the General Director.
- Workplace: Lotte Center Ha Noi, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- More than 3 years of working experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in university
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Capable in English presentation
- No constraints for domestic and international business trips
- Preferred work experience: Housing or property development/sales/marketing or related fields
