Real Estate Development

work time: Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00)

- Supporting CIO regarding buying/selling the properties and preperation for real estate development
- In charge of permit team and consultant
- Management of legal issues, contract, permit
- Report develoment issues in Real estate and investment weekly/monthly/yearly

Requirement/ Qualification:

Major / Degree:
- Bachelor Degree of Real Estate, Architecture
- Preferred Master degree in any major including MBA.

Expertise / Skill:
- Making Feasibility Study for Real Estate Project, Residential/hospitality/office with green field and brown
- Capability to understand basic drawings and design
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position
- Self-motivated and Leadership as team leader
- MS office (Excel, Word, Power point)

Reference (Experience): Previous experience in real estate sector such as capital, developer, construction and so on. Language: English (both Oral and writing)
