Job Description
- Prepare the technical data for the engineering change (Background, Changing points, Cost change, Risk evaluation, Schedule).
- Communicate with stakeholders to introduce the change into production.
- Perform, explain DRBFM and discuss validation test items with customers.
- Manage validation tests progress, report the test result to the customers.
- Update documents, submit, get approval from customer for updated documents.
- Regular face to face meeting with Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturer (JOEM) in Japan about engineering change request. Traveling time is up to 25%.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in engineering fields (machinery, automobile, mechatronics, aeronautics...)
- Having experiences in components design or handling engineering change request.
- Working independence and problem solving skill.
- Language skill: can speak/write/read Japanese fluently to native speakers.
