Raw Materials Planning & Logistic Executive

*MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Run the system and identify raw materials and products which need to be ordered to achieve production schedules
 Coordinate with purchase and production department to schedule the delivery of materials needed to meet the production schedule
 Analyze lead-time information to ensure that materials are received in a timely manner for production needs
 Monitor and reviews production progress against defined production schedule, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
 Coordinate with supplier to ensure enough materials on time to meet production requirement.
 Prepare internal documents and shipping document for custom clearance
 Follow up and report daily status of material, ETD from suppliers for each material.
 Other assignment from HOD

*GENERAL REQUIREMENT

 BA degree
 At least 1 year in experience with related field.
 Advanced computer skill, be good at office software.
 Good presentation, communication and organization skills.
 Able to work under pressure
 Able to work independence, have a sense of responsibility
 Good planning and organization skills
 Good communication in English
