Mô tả công việc
Purpose of Position:
To plan, organize and control ground operations of flights, coordinate with international functions to ensure a high level of service and on-time departure at a minimal cost. Directs all other necessary activities which provide optimum service to FedEx Express customers. Deal and comply with FAA and local aviation procedures and regulations.
Your responsibility area includes but not limited to:
• People management
• Operations management
• Customer relationship management
• Quality management
• Safety and security management
• Training and development

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Five (5) years business experience, preferably in transportation service or air cargo industry.
• Management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
• IATA Dangerous Goods Specialist Certificate (if applicable)
• Meet all country regulations
• Knowledge of FedEx's operations, customs clearance, systems, services, policies and procedures preferred
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese language, verbal and written, if first language of the country
Your working location will be in Hanoi
