R&D Supervisor - Food Products Development

- Responsible to develop new food products, improve products and process technology. Focusing on food packages development, packaging process development and new technology investigation.
- Shall undertake the following responsibilities as assignment of R&D department:
1. Establish plans, implement necessary experiments to develop food products, including packaging, which meet the product concept, conform to legal regulations and ensure quality standards of Ajinomoto company.
2. Make plan, control schedule and coordinate other departments in implementing a development.
3. Develop design, specifications of food materials and packaging materials for food products which assure product quality and satisfy consumer usage.
4. Develop industrialization process, reinforce techniques of production process.
5. Technical support to quality matters, production troubles, customer requirements, etc.

- Male/ Female from 28-33 years old (have Bachelor’s Degree in Food technology or related fields);
- More than 4 years experienced in R&D of food industry, including new product formulation, packaging.
- Good knowledge and expertise about food product formulation, food packaging and production process;
- Lab operation skill with good arrangement in scientific experiments;
- Team and independent working;
- Logic thinking and critical thinking;
- Presentation skill;
- Reporting skill.
