R&D Staff - Food Products Development

* Package Development
- Establish plans, implement necessary experiments to develop packaging for food products which meet the product concept, conform to legal regulations and ensure quality standards of Ajinomoto company;
- Make plan, control schedule and coordinate other departments in implementing a development;
- Develop design, specifications of packaging materials for food products which assure product quality and satisfy consumer usage;
- Develop industrialization process, reinforce techniques of production process;
- Technical support to quality matters, production troubles, customer requirements, etc.
* Liquid Seasoning Development
- Collecting information about materials to support new development job;
- Base on new product concept, to build up flow chart, recipe, and package for new products;
- Transfer all needed information to Production Department so that they can apply to produce new product;
- Finish technical standard for new products.

* Package Development
- Male/ Female graduated from University with Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical Biology or related fields.
- Strong knowledge about food packaging, food products and production process;
- Experience in packing process is preferred.
* Liquid Seasoning Development
- Male/ Female graduated from University with Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical Biology or related fields.
- Strong knowledge about Food Technology, and Liquid Seasoning process;
- For fresh graduate: Internship in Food laboratory or doing research in University.
