R&D Specialist (Long An)

***Working Place: Tan An city, Long An province. There's no company shuttle bus.

1. Leading the project of technical development of a new product
- Create the project timeline, follow up the compliance with project timeline, coordinate to solve the issues having impact on the timeline.
- Prepare complex calculations, specifications and other technical documentation so that prototype designs can be manufactured.
- Coordinate with other sections to develop the new product that is suitable with the current process, equipment of production line
- Coordinate with other sections to solve the problem related to new product development.
- Coordinate to do trial run, test run, commercial run of new product/ new material.
- Set up or ensure the set up at factory for the quality management and control for new products
- Evaluate the performance of the 1st production for each product.
2. Monitor evaluate and help improving the performance of ingredients, materials used for our products
- Coordinate with factory team to find chance to improve product quality
- Coordinate with factory team to solve the incidents related to quality/ food safety of ingredients, materials
- Monitor the performance of ingredients, materials and take action to improve.
- Conduct supplier accreditation audit for ingredients, materials if needed
3. Risk elimination
- Facilitate for problem solving together with factory team to eliminate the risk of quality and food safety to products
- Develop and standardize processes to improve compliance, alignment, food safety and
4. Compliance in documentation and Reporting
- Ensure all required documents at country level or factory level refer to new products, materials available to use if needed
- Report on time for relevant parties to ensure progress, compliance, performance
5. Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Able to communicate in English is preferable
• At least 1 years experience in same position.
• Experience in food industry is advantage
• Problem solving.
