R&D Senior Staff - Food Products Development

*** Job Summary:
Carry out development activities for Liquid seasoning products such as:
• Develop different types of liquid seasoning from concepts and follow standardized commercialization set-up procedures: collect all information about market trends, raw materials and other ingredients, build up the flow chart, recipe and package for new product;
• Improve current products with regards to both cost and quality;
• Source new ingredients during the product development process and build vendor relationships;
• Prepare product specifications, set-up formulas and write technical reports and test run plans;
• Run trials of new products - either alongside or together with product development;
• Conduct daily analytical testing in need;
• Coordinate launches of new products;
• Perform consumer sensory testing and shelf-life studies for pre-launch products;
• Transfer all needed information about new one to Production site;
• Other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical Biology, or related majors.
2. Skill requirements:
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Have skill on Lab techniques;
- Able to work independently and team.
3. Competencies requirements:
- Motivated and proactive;
- Logical thinking, careful.
4. Years of Experience:
Have experience in packaging or liquid seasoning process is advantage but not required.
