3. Responsible for the design review & verification of new products
4. Lead for Design Innovation
5. Responsible for Technical Proposal for New RFQ from customers
6. Report Weekly/Monthly Working status to R&D General Manager
7. Responsible for 4M Change Management relating to design change
8. Prepare and update Business Plan (monthly) to report to General Manager
9. Training for R&D Team members

2. Evaluation working result / KPIs of team member
1. Follow up the working results of all team members
2. Evaluation for KPIs of team members
3. Report to R&D General manager

Working time - Thời gian làm việc
07:30 - 16:30 từ thứ hai đến thứ bảy, ăn trưa từ 11:30 - 12:30
07:30 - 16:30 from Monday to Saturday, lunch time from 11:30 - 12:30

1/ Experience: 5 years minimum in R&D Manager position of automotive industry
2/ 3D Cad design (Autocad /Unigraphics/ Catia): fluently
3/ Knowledge of GD&T
3/ Knowledge/Well trained about ISO 9001/ IATF 16949
4/ Experience for 7 Quality tools (such as: D/PFMEA, Control Plan, ...)
5/ Experience about Kaizen, Lean
6/ Understanding about DC motor
7/ Leadership & Teamwork
8/ English: fluent
