R&D Manager

Main duties
- New product development, quality design and the synthesis of all aspects of product performance in delivering the consumer proposition.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to provide directional framework for innovative products.
- Work with Marketing to research and develop new products
- Coordination of research projects - new product development
- Making proposal for new projects
- Responsible for the development of new products based on demand from the market.
- Work with internal departments and outside vendors as projects dictate.
- Participates in all aspects of the scale-up process (includes pre-production notes, hands-on supervision of plant trials, shelf-life evaluations, and coordination of product data to QC).
- Directly supervises one lab technician in the Research and Development Department.
- Testing and evaluating Materials - Packaging for new products. Make decision them suitability for projects.
- Arrangement plan for trial production
+ Preparing the procedures/work instructions/forms related to production line/process.
+ Following parameters for line/process with cooperation of QA, Production & Maintenance
+ Checking all of develop & prepare norms and standards for quality-safe materials, packaging, semi-finished products, finished goods.

- Bachelor of Food Science or Food Technology.
- A minimum of 6 year experience as a food technologist, with the ability to develop and modify product applications in beverages, dairy, tea and coffee
- A record of successful product development and process improvement.
- Self-directed, ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong cross-functional team experience.
