- Taking full responsibilities for the research and development works of the company.
- Research and development all plan protection products for the company at the present and in the future.
- Solving and presenting all technical issues with farmers, dealers, institutes, authorities.
- Working with institutes, universities, extension centers, sub PPD ... to introduce products, introduce new technologies of the company.
- Cooperate with other partners to research products.
- Management all experiments for the company.
- Preparing and management budgets for R&D Dept.
- Human resource management, recruitment, staff training for R&D Dept.
- Prepare technical documents for the company.
- Support Marketing and Sales departments ... on technical features of products, pest control solutions.
- Other job requirements from headquarter.

- Experiences on plant protection field over 8 years, including at least 4 years in the position of Technical Manager.
- Understanding plants, pests and pesticides.
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in office computer.
- Regularly checking out the experiments and going on business trips.
- Work location: HCM city or Bien Hoa, Dong Nai province
