R&D Executive (Wood Industry)

Being expertise in product development, costing, work with R&D development manager, suppliers, and production factory.
Sourcing and negotiating price for new hardware, new material for indoor furniture.
Product presentation through samples and display to buyers during their visits
Checking yearly sample/production planning from headquarter, doing backward planning and monitoring process on time for new collection from development samples to 1st production delivery.
Co-ordinate team members to make sure all work in chain on time and meet target completion date, responsible for sample delivery on time.
Do Visit report for all development trip/sample checking trip from R&D development.
Purchase material/hardware for new development sample
Monitor shipping schedule for sample for Fair.
Another task will be assigned by Chief Ref and R&D manager.

Proficient English: excellent in communication, writing, reading – a MUST
Strong communication, negotiation.
Open- minded and able to learn new knowledge quickly
Good health and able to work under high pressure.
Capacity to work independently and teamwork.
Ability to work in detail.
