Mô tả công việc
• Work closely with Team Leader to complete daily tasks
• Learn and develop skills about real estate industry analysis and processes, capture new trend in the market
• Perform and accomplish the R&D function to develop product features by a practical review of the technical specifications and processes, initiate cost-savings
• Execute product development by bench-marking or product matching based on customer needs
• Provide support to sales in product-related problems and inquiries
• Participate in product quality assurance regarding product complaints and cost efficiency
• Coordinate closely with marketing and technical teams for effective application and brand development
• Prepare documents and reports relating to product development
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education and experience:
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in similar role is required
• Preferably with experience in real estate
Skills:
• Skills of product development, improvement, and costing analysis
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS office
• Having knowledge of digital marketing and Photoshop is a plus
• Good record keeping and report writing skills
• Possess a good sensory skill for product bench-marking and matching
• Able to work independently, efficiently, and under high pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
• Have an open mindset and creativity
• Have a sense of responsibility, diligence, and work with care
• Have honesty and integrity in work
