R&D Executive - Education

1. Teaching:
- Conduct experiment classes for the purpose of research and analysis
- Conduct all required relevant reports
- Be punctual and follow company procedures for lateness, absent and or holiday requests
- Provide in-service training to teachers and other related departments as requested

2. Research and Development:
- Conducting research in the area of education
- Providing technical and analytical support to other departments on education and monitoring and evaluation
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of existing education tools, methods and programs
- Prepares recommendations regarding changes to existing programs, tools and methods to simplify and improve quality

3. Other related reasonable tasks assigned by management

Plans, develops and conducts educational research and analysis activities for the purpose of assessing and improving education projects and programs.
