Mô tả công việc
* Key Related Activities:
1. Technical drawings to optimise and customise electric motors
2. Electric motor performance data management (define electric motor data for different electrical configurations)
3. BOM management
4. Electric motor modification (deviation pre evaluation)
5. Technical support ad interface with Head Quarter
6. Technical support for basic language testing to mass production diagnostic/verification issues
7. Ensures quality in a product’s design for usability, reliability, functionality, marketability, and manufacturability
8. Ensures quality in a product’s design for usability, reliability, functionality, marketability, and manufacturability
9. Leads the design and development of new product and product engineering and applies engineering best practices and tools. Provides leadership in design analysis.
10. Provides technical support to Unit Business(es)
11. Keeps abreast of latest developments in process technology. This includes molding, automated assembly, packaging, and sterilization. Researches new processes or materials processing technologies for possible new product development.
*Key Performance Indicators (as per the Annual MBO):
1. Percentage of new solutions experimented for mature products to improve reliability, quality and costs of production
2. Time reduction of lead time from marketing inputs to design validation
3. Number of projects translated in manufacured products as per new technology introduction

*Specialized and Technical Knowledges:
- Electrical-Electronic Engineer and have good experial with mechanical
- Enthusiastic, and willing to support as needed
- Good command in English
- At least 2 or 3 years specialized in electric motor design and dimensioning evaluations
- Able to identify, break down and solve a variety of difficult technical problems.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Provide shuttle bus from HCM.
