Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct Material modification and new material development project
- Build up and complete production procedure (required to be available to build a testing schedule, operate machinery, test specimens, get and summarize the result, and so on)
- Troubleshooting for production problem: Analyse, identify the root cause and solution making to resolve trouble completely
- Responsibility for customer claim
- Provide technical training for OP and related Dept for Quality improvement
- Other tasks will be assigned by Manager

Requirements:
- Typically requires a Masters degree or Doctor degree on material research, from 03 - 05 years experiences.
- Deep knowledge about material research (especially for aluminum process; Melting, casting, Extrusion, Anodizing…)
- Familiar with material testing & testing devices: Hardness, Tensile strength, Chemical properties, Micro structure…
- Problem solving skill
- Computer skill: MS Office, AutoCAD…
- Language: English or Korean
