Main responsibilities:
1. Material modification and new material development(required to be available to build a testing schedule, operate machinery, test specimens, get and summarize the result, and so on)
2. Customer response
3. Process improvement (point out improper process or procedures, and then improve, Process parameter optimization)
4. Survey better technologies and adapt to our company.
5. Patent application, contact to foreign companies and so on

Back ground and qualifications:
- Materials engineers should have a master or doctor grade, esp. aluminum alloy and process (casting, extrusion, heat treating, surface treating)
- Mechanical Engineers should have a master or doctor grade
- Chemical engineers should have master grade.
- Mechanical engineers and material engineers should use CAD and analysis tools(NX, CATIA, and so on)
- All applicants should have self-motivation and passion
- No disqualification from oversea's business trip
- Korean language skill is essential (Communication, Documentation)
