Mô tả công việc
1) Responsible for introduction of new glove technology and process technology into the Ansell group.
2) Responsible for conducting the lab trials pilot plant trials to develop optimized formulations and processes for new products.
3) Responsible for conduct the plant trials and validation before launch the product/existing NPDs.
4) Preparation of protocols and reports for validations and prepare and maintain all other relevant documentation.
5) Executing, troubleshooting and process improvement for products.
6) Support to transfer the new product knowledge to the manufacturing team.
7) Adhering to good safety practices and maintaining good housekeeping.
8) Build good relationship with manufacturing team and other R&D centers with effective communication.
9) Ensure confidentiality of the company proprietary information.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or other related sciences or equivalent qualification.
Job Experience:
Minimum 1 – 3 years in glove industry or related industrial experience or experience working as a formulation chemist.
Experience in PU and NBR coatings is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills
Good Communication skills and fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Knowledge in good lab practices.
Good computer skills with knowledge in Word, Xcel and Power point.
* Shuttle buses provided for employees from Ho Chi Minh city and Bien Hoa to the Plant daily.
