Quantity Surveyor - Salary Up to $1000

- Responsible for quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings and cross-check the tender quantities;
- Work closely with design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of projects;
- Control works quality and time schedule within group;
- Prepare and submit tender documents;
- Collect and formulate cost Database … and others related to professional job;
- Contact Suppliers, Subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet;
- Study and make Value Engineering and Cost Down Report;
- Ensure all information and documentations of the contractual and commercial work are achieved and stored systematically and properly that are accessible easily by all people;

+ Age: 1990+
+ Graduated from university, major in civil related field
+ More than 3+ years of experience in the same position
+ Good command of English
+ Candidate speaking Japanese is a plus
