• To make cost estimation for a construction projects / buildings / works,
• To manage the costs on a construction project and
• To ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
Depending on certain staff level and period time, the detailed description shall be elaborated by the Department’s Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management;
- From 4-7 years experience at the same position.
- Experience in BOQ Analysis, Billing, Tender Bids & Claims preparation for building construction projects;
- Good knowledge of concerned regulations in building construction field;
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening and writing). Candiates who can speak Japanese iss preferable.
- Proactive thinking, creative, hard working, willing to work overtime.
- Friendly, honest, loyal, enthusiastic.
