Quantity Surveyor Manager

- Prepare Tender Cost Submission/ Quantity Take-off/ Cost Evaluation
- Contract Administration – Tender & Contract Document Preparation, both main contract and sub-contract.
- Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner including updating payment records.
- Manage and co-ordinate payments for works done and evaluate variation or progress claims
- Assist in establishing of project budget
- Cost control and monitoring
- Assist in coordination of procurement process
- Monitoring contractual status
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Building Design and application for permit of the construction, arrangement & coordinate.

* Career
- Graduate University
- More than 7~10 years in field.

- MS office
- 3D CAD, 2D CAD
- Quantity survey / Control of Industrial buildings and infrastructures constructions/ Manage all related issues by contractors

- Available in English
- Fully read and understand construction drawing.
