Mô tả công việc
As Quantity Surveyor, you will report directly to Project Manager:
- Take off quantities.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents to submit to client.
- Assist in contract preparation for various packages, value progress payments at regular intervals.
- Administration support like printing drawings and documents, arrange files, collect quotations from suppliers,…and other duty assigned by senior manager.
- Check and report for approval the construction quantity done for interim payment or for final account of construction contract.
- Assess claimed variations from sub-contractors / suppliers or proposed variations from changes of design.
- Quality control of reports and deliverable, checking documents before management review.
- Liaison with and management of commercial arrangements with suppliers/ sub-contractors.
- Assist the person in charge of you or top management with any other matter as and when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Graduated from University – Civil / Building Engineering.
- Having at least 3 year experiences working in QS field.
- Creative and enthusiastic while able to work under pressure.
- Able to work long hours.
- Ability to use English fluently in all skills.
- Hard-working.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- CV has to attach picture.
