Quantity Surveyor

- Measure all quantities of construction drawings on site, and submit to the Clients to purchase materials/equipment.
- Contact with suppliers and get quotation on materials as request by the project manager.
- Assessment of any variations on site as request by the project manager.
- Collect all M&E drawings and information of M&E in order to provide to QS team.
- Prepare subcontractor’s payment and checking related document
- Control and monitor the progress quantity for payment to subcontractor and supplier.
- Prepare and evaluate cost estimation by subcontractor and supplier.
- Make bidding documents
- Control overall cost control of projects
- Make standard schedule rate (breakdown sheet)
- Make take off sheet (Bill of Quantity)

- University Degree in construction
- Can use English for working communication;
- Proficient in using specialized software;
- At least 07 years working experience of construction;
- Good understanding of Vietnam Building Code (TCVN);
- Self motivated, analytical, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision; under high pressure;
- Leadership skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Planning and time management skills;
