Major responsibilities & Accountabilities:
To contact local and international vendors for pricing and to propose the finish schedule
To be able to review designs in order to determine whether design is sufficient for BQ
measurement
To contact design consultants for inquiries
Take off quantity
Make Bill of quantity (BQ), Cost Estimation, Cost Plan, Contract Package, Pre-Tender
Estimation
To be able to manage the cost databases and other operation databases
To assist Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare Financial reports, Statements...
To assist to complete Tender Document
To attend project meetings, taking notes and preparing Minutes of Meeting if required
To be able to draft simple letter to Client
To follow up to fulfill the clients' / consultants' requirement
To control works to meet timeline of clients / consultants
Any other duties as may be assigned by Direct Supervisor

Requirements:
Degree/diploma from university in quantity surveying/building science/construction management/civil/mechanical or electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience. (Experience in Interior is advantage)
Knowledge of cost estimation & quantity take-off
Experience in building contract/building quotation will be preferred.
Experience in pre & post contract administration will be preferred
Able to communicate in English.
Able to manage deadlines, work independently to carry out the task and meet deliverable expectation.
Willing to work overtime / at weekend to fulfill the pending tasks or urgent requirement
