Quantity Surveyor/ Civil Estimator ( Construction Field/ Factories)

• Calculate Bill of Quantity and Cost Estimation of tender;
• Primarily deal with project employer/ consultant and subcontractors regarding payment issues;
• Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner including updating payment records;
• Check & prepare progress payment certificates for all sub-contractors including site valuations with supervisors;
• Responsible for quantities taking off from the tender drawings and cross-check the provided quantities;
• Collect and formulate Database Library of Cost, Project and Material;
• To assign in the project site
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager/ Director.

Requirement for candidate (Quantity Surveyor):
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Major in civil engineering / Quantity Surveyor (Factories)
- Graduated from related University.
- Experience in BOQ Analysis, Billing, Tender Bids & Claims preparation for civil construction projects;
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening and writing).
- Proactive thinking, creative, hard working, willing to work overtime.
- Friendly, honest, loyal, enthusiastic.
