Laurelton Diamonds Vietnam Management Trainee Program aims at seeking and selecting potential candidates who are able to grasp the opportunity to become our future leaders who possess diamond expertise and management competency. Successful candidates will be developed and given all necessary training & guidance from our managers along their bright career path at Laurelton Diamonds Vietnam.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Management Trainee for HR Department
• Undergo training in a variety of concepts, practices and procedures in HR department, including Recruitment, Learning & development, Compensation & Benefit to deeply understand the whole current HR operation & forecast the future trend.
• Perform a variety of HR complicated tasks.
• Be assigned with improvement tasks: suggest and implement methods to improve efficiency in HR – related activities
• Strictly report to our management board with a periodic frequency.
2. Management Trainee for Production Department
• Undergo training in a variety of concepts, practices and procedures that will allow you to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish your goals – technical knowledge of diamonds, inventory control and production logistics, quality control, preventive maintenance.
• Perform a variety of complicated tasks, which may include management of employees. Plan methods to improve efficiency in production and be assigned with improvement tasks
• Maintain compliance with approved methods and Tiffany quality standards in diamond polishing
• Strictly adhere to safe at work practices and be an example to the organization in terms of employee safety and protection of company assets

1. Management Trainee for HR Department
University graduated with at least 2 years of experience
English proficiency

2. Management Trainee for Production Department
Have interest in technical training (diamond polishing processes), preferably technology-majored (fresh graduates are eligible to apply too)
• Minimum GPA from 6.5
• Good English competency (verbal and written) and fair knowledge of MS Office
• Have strong expectation to develop personal career in diamond processing field
• Proactive with “can-do” attitude and be a fast learner
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Preferrable: Candidates with location in Hai Duong or nearby area (or willing to relocate to Hai Duong)
