Mô tả công việc
- To carry on tenders during Construction stage
- Teamwork in coordination with pre-construction, contraction, and legal teams
- To carry on technical and commercial analysis and to provide reports to Management
- Work responsible for quantity take-off from tender drawings and cross-check the tenderer’s quantity
- Work responsible for compliances of all sub-contractors, supplier’s offers
- Work with team members and line manager to complete duties as needed.
- Do analyze, evaluate, and negotiate the best offer with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare the contracts for approval
- Create and maintain good relationships with sub-contractor/suppliers
- Contact and follow up with sub-contractors/suppliers for a good execution of the contract signed
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Control works quality and time schedules within the group
- Manage that commercial management tools, reports, processes, and procedures are used in accordance with
IDEC Group standards - Manage recommendation of the appointment of tenderers.
- Will report directly to Construction Director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Having bachelor’s degree qualified in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous similar experience with general contractors required (minimum 8-10 years)
- Previous experience with regards to industrial buildings, logistics and factories is a plus
- Ability to organize, prepare and manage several tenders in tight schedule
- General technical knowledge (Civil, structural, architectural and MEP) of building trades required
- Good level of English required.
