Career development goal: With the purpose to fortify talent pipeline and succession planning for senior management positions in Operations

MT development plan:
* After on board, within 18-24 months, we provided very clear cross sites/department rotation plan, aims to support MT have a quick understanding of Operation departments’ key R&R, process, and interrelationship with each other, this is the very important for their mid-term and long term career development in Operations. Rotated department includes but limited to: Production Department, HSE Department, Process Department, Quality Department, Engineering and Maintenance Department, Warehouse Department etc.
After 18- 24 months job rotation, you will consider to assign the full time job for MTs, and will align the defined mid/long term career development plan to develop each MT.

* Working Time
- From Monday to Saturday. Morning: 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00
* Location
o Address 1: Hoa Lan Quarter, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province.
o Address 2: Lot 104 / 2-4, Road 4, Amata Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

1. Education and related requirements:
- Master degree, Chemical Engineering related major preferred
- No experience
- Fluent Written and Oral English
- Good Windows Office skills, includes: PPT, Excel, Word

2. Soft Skills requirements:
- Strong internal / External communication skills and people relationship;
- Have the career desire to be people lead
- Passion , Proactive, Able to work under Pressure
- Strong team work
- Strong self-learning capability
- Strong coordination and organizing capability. During school life, preferred those candidates with working experience in Student Union and play the key roles
- Detail, Rigorous, Diligence, can adapt to the working environment of workshops
- Can accept relocation and rotation across sites
