Key Responsibilities
General and Task Management
Input
•Manage work order closures and stock control transactions
•Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated
•Ensure every batch of material is certified before entering to production line (lab reports, CoA)
On-line
•Delegate to the team day to day targets and responsibilities
•Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for shift production and prepare line set up.
•Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements plus the escalation procedure for quality concerns is followed
•Ensure full adherence to 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices at all times
•Ensure equipment is within calibration date and all systems are functioning correctly
•Ensure all records are completed appropriately
•Ensure achievement of production throughput against stated capacity targets.
•Lead production trial (trial plan, machine & people set up, interpret trial result and implement improvement ideas to optimize and achieve trial target)
•Monitor change over and/or line set up efficiency
•Monitor people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards
•Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
•Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks
Output
•Align with Quality/Lab to ensure every batch of finished products are certified before entering to packaging to warehouse
People Management
•Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within the local team
•Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success
•Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems
•Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team
•Communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware of expectations and deliverables
•Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Job Requirement
•Male (28-35 years old)
•Bachelors of technical – Chemical/ Industrial Engineering. Preferable candidates experienced in polymer industry.
•At least 3 years experience in Production Management role
•Good in written and spoken English
•Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
•Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working.
•Able to work in shift if required (From Monday to Sunday)
•Male (28-35 years old)
