** SUMMARY
- Overseeing all periods of the industrial manufacturing process and make sure that the process runs smoothly.
- Drawing up production schedule and delivers products to the right standard and on time.

** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting-up & controlling the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
- Coordinating, setting up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
.- Working out the human and material resources needed.
- Drafting a timescale for the job..
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
- Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers..

1. Must have good management skill
2. Must have factory experience from 5 years in tarpaulin or textile factory
3. Good at communication
4. Applicants who know English or Korean are an advantage
6. Careful, patient, team-work attitude.
7. Can work under high pressure.
8. Good at MS – Office
