Quản Lý Phân Loại Hàng/sorting Manager

· Understand the coarse, middle and fine sort processes of the sortation centre.

· Ensures clear split of shipments for Metro / Non-Metro areas.

· Implement critical scans of shipments.

· Ensures that all bulky shipments and non-conveyable are properly volumetric computed using electronic scales.

· Ensures and implements correct bagging processes.

· Ensure clear segregation of shipments by 3PLs.

· Ensure that all unused bags are properly discarded and inverted.

· Ensures that all shipments are sorted and handed over to Outbound Team by agreed cut-off times.

· Report all cases of mis-sorts / mis-routes and implement correction actions to prevent recurrence.

· Conducts shift handing / taking over briefing sessions

· Provide management with end of day / shift handover information.

· Maintains Sortation staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

· At least 3 years of working experience in supervisor level, preferred in B2C logistics/Warehouse/Manufacturing

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels;

· Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability

· Ability to manage detail, establish root cause and be able to extract and
manipulate data

· Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese

· Strong team leadership and having experience in leading large team

· Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working.

Working in: Sai Dong, Long Bien from Monday to Friday. Shift working is required
