****RESPONSIBILITIES/ CÔNG VIỆC
1/ Lead the management of RFQ with the support of Sales, R&D, Purchasing, CAD interfaces
• Definition of Hutchinson Product Technical specification and its validation plan to answer our customer requirement with the help of our technical center based in France, Italy and China.
• Definition of BOM/Drawing according to customer requirement.
• Costing: CDP and CDE definition and optimization, taking into account production and sales constraint.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to build the CDP/CDE, by integrating logistic concern for the whole project life following the QCD.
• Collaborate with the project management team to satisfy our customer demands following the SQCDP.
• Collaborate with the industrialization team to integrate the product/process risk analysis in the CDE definition.
• Lead the management of change regarding to product/process following the SQCDP
2/ Build and standardize Hutchinson Vietnam database and our know-how regarding Hutchinson Vietnam Product
• Collect information and create a database for all technical specification regarding Hutchinson Vietnam product line.
• Collect and build purchasing cost database regarding material, components, machine, tooling, and other various equipment in order to optimized the costing process.
• Regularly update the database considering the evolution of the automotive market: cost impact
• Propose alternative supplier solution in collaboration with the purchasing and R&D department to improve the SQCD regarding material, components.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
**** REQUIREMENT/ YÊU CẦU:
- 5-7 years’ experience as R&D engineer and/or costing engineer in an industrial company.
- Engineering Degree (Mandatory), Chemical degreed preferred.
- Bilingual in English (Mandatory), French speaking and writing is a plus.
- Good at Computer software and application such as Office, CAD
- Knowledge of the automotive market and its industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team within a transversal organization
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
- Autonomous, high initiative taker, problem solver.
* WORKING CONDITION (ĐIỀU KIỆN LÀM VIỆC) VÀ PHÚC LỢI
- Số ngày làm việc trong tuần: Từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6
- Working time/ Thời gian làm việc trong ngày như sau:
+ Sáng Am: từ 8:00 đến 12:00
+ Chiều Pm: từ 12:30 đến 17:10
- Công ty trang bị các phương tiện làm việc chính: Điện thoại, máy vi tính, văn phòng phẩm.
- Có xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội đến công ty ở Hưng Yên ( 40 km)
- Thưởng 2 tháng lương/ năm chia làm 4 đợt nếu đủ 12 tháng làm việc tại thời điểm tính thưởng, Thưởng 1 tháng lương/ năm chia làm 4 đợt nếu đủ 6 tháng~ dưới 12 tháng làm việc tại thời điểm tính thưởng,
