Now looking for a Sales Manager in Hai Phong city.
• Set up and implement plan to research market, segment, timeline.
• Develop sales department and obtain target of company
• Expanse and find out new relationships and maintain old relations with existing customer.
• Manage all aspect of department to make sure efficiently
• Establish and improve system, structure of department.
• Assign activity and duties for individuals in department
• Set up process related to function of department.
• Able to approach and persuade the client then gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirement.
• Make sure the achievement of annual target.
• Build plan to coach and train employees.
• Update documents related to activities of departments to all employees
• Work with potential customer to win deal, requires services to bring back revenue and profit in long term for company.

• Male or female,31-40 years old.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• At least 3 years working experience in sales Logistics management.
• Strong management skills, interpersonal, intrapersonal skills.
• Good at working both in team and independent.
• Proficient in English
