Quản Lý Bảo Trì Garage / Tractor Maintenance Manager

This role is responsible to manage the maintenance department as a strategic business unit providing service and support for all internal maintenance requirements ensuring cost savings through economies of scale & optimisation of resources – man & material.
• To create and function within the Annual Operating Plan
• To ensure department compliance as per the protocols established and agreed
• To ensure maintenance service & support delivered is of the highest quality
• To improvise & innovate in the areas of equipment, processes, tools, material used / procured – or combination of them
• To ensure all service level agreements with internal customers are met for Agricultural machinery, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical works
• To develop the skill sets of the team to take on new tasks / responsibilities
• To develop specs for proper sub-contractor identification and validate the process of sub-contracting for all jobs undertaken

- Reported by Maintenance Supervisor

* Knowledge: University graduate or higher, specialize in Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position
• Candidates have experiences in Agricultural machinery, are advantage
