BÁO CÁO CHO/REPORTS TO Trưởng phòng Công Nghiệp /Industrial Manager
GIÁM SÁT/SUPERVISES TO Giám Đốc Nhà Máy/Plant Manager
- Chuẩn bị kế hoạch sản xuất và đảm bảo được đáp ứng về mặt an toàn, chất lượng và số lượng sản phẩm
To prepare the production plan and ensure is met in terms of safety, and quality and quantity of products
- Để đảm bảo các tổ trưởng và các công nhân làm việc theo các quy định của công ty
To ensure the Team Leaders and the operators work following the internal procedures of the company
- Tuân thủ chính sách môi trường của Công ty
To comply with the environmental policy of the company
- Báo cáo trong hệ thống SAP, việc sản xuất được thực hiện mỗi ca
To report in the SAP system the production done per shift
- Dõi các nhu cầu bảo trì của máy móc
To follow up the maintenance needs of the machinery
- Phân công ca làm việc cho tổ trưởng và công nhân
To distribute the team Leaders and the workers in each shift
- Đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực
To train and develop his/her team
- Phối hợp nguyên liệu thô và bán thành phẩm trong chuỗi cung ứng của nhà máy
To coordinate the raw material and the semi-finished goods in the supply chain of the factory
- Đảm bảo được cái KPI chính yếu của sản xuất theo như các mục tiêu đã thiết lập
To ensure the major KPI of the site are according the established targets

*TRÌNH ĐỘ/EDUCATION
-Tốt nghiệp đại học
Bachelor's degree.
*NGÔN NGỮ/LANGUAGES
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, viết và nói tiếng anh tốt
Good communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English
*KINH NGHIỆM LÀM VIỆC/WORK EXPERIENCE
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất
Previous working experience in Production of minimum 5 years.
- Ưu tiên đã làm việc với các doanh nghiệp sản xuất nước ngoài
Working experience with manufacturing foreign companies is preferred.
KỸ NĂNG HOẶC NĂNG LỰC/ SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Kinh nghiệm và kiến thức với ISO 9001, TS và 14001
Experience and knowledge with ISO 9001, TS and 14001
- Sử dụng tốt phần mềm MS Office
Strong capability in Microsoft Office software.
- Kỹ năng phân tích, trình bày và tổ chức tốt
Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu được áp lực công việc
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
-Tốt nghiệp đại học
Bachelor's degree.
*NGÔN NGỮ/LANGUAGES
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, viết và nói tiếng anh tốt
Good communication skills and working level of writing and spoken English
*KINH NGHIỆM LÀM VIỆC/WORK EXPERIENCE
