Mô tả công việc
- Support and monitor quality management system (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.)
- Monitor customer satisfaction survey system (Net Promoter Score)
- Record and report service calls, customers’ complaints, and compliments
- Timely update and monitor installed equipment base into service management system
- File and manage all service documents such as quotation, orders, contract, service report, calibration certificates, etc.
- Track service response time and service completeness
- Maintain technical and compliance document library
- Perform special project assign by service manager on request

• Education: Bachelor in Business Administrator, Industrial System or similar
• English: read and speak English
• Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Experience
• Fresh graduated, 1 years or more experience in management system is plus but not mandatory
• Experience in management quality system knowledge is competitive edge advantaged
- Competencies:
