Mô tả công việc
Work location: 3B street, Amata IP, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
- Audit preparation e.g. ISO900, ISO/IATF16949, CQI and customer’s audits and follow the effectiveness of audits
- Conduct the annual process audit, CQI audit and follow the corrective and preventive actions
- Calculate monthly failure report and support to organize the failure meeting to improve the process
- Control plant system documents and drawings distribution
- Instruct the Function document controllers to maintain the system documents
- Follow 8D report effectiveness
- Analyze, maintain and improve the Q-System and all related documents
- Conduct the employees’ training on quality topics (e.g. Management Handbook, ISO/IATF awareness, document control…)
- Follow QA training plans
- Prepare monthly Q-report and report to RHQ
- Calculate and follow QA KPIs
- Support FFQ activities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree-technical background (e.g. mechanical, chemical, electrical, electronic, industrial)
- Knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO/ IATF16949 is preferable
- Strength and good experience in area of quality production, quality planning, and quality system
- Knowledge in FMEA, SPC, QC tools, Auditing, Project Management, 5Why analysis, Ishikawa analysis
- Systematic and logical approach
- Proficient English
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills especially MS- Office (advanced-excel)
- Calculating and understanding of KPIs
- Knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO/ IATF16949 is preferable
