• Maintain ISO TS 16949 Management System
• Speed and quality of problem solving on product defect, production process control and management system audit, customer quality issue.
• Meet targets – SOP, production volume, quality of process and product
• Conformity of APQP and PPAP requirements
• Customer Audits
• Reporting to the Management (MES)
• Customer Satisfaction about 8D

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum a bachelor degree in engineering field, Mechanical engineer is preferred
• Experiences in automotive industry - Quality Assurance
• Knowledgeable about ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing Management,
• Inspection, familiar or certified VDA 6.3 auditor is a plus
• Project Management skill, logical and systematic thinking
• Proficient Chinese, English. Able to use German is a plus
• Diversified and challenging activities in an innovative and international working environment with market leader in manufacture of composite components
• Growth opportunities in multifarious functions with comprehensive training programs
• Empower work environment with dynamic teams, resourceful solutions and open for initiatives
• Work experiences with multi-nation customers, supercar OEMs in all continents (100% export)
