ABOUT THE ROLE
- The job holder will implement the company's Management System based on ISO 9001 in APAC and will document the business processes in close collaboration with process owners.
- The job holder will also be responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing, and handling of incidents and claims during or after implementation of a Project
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB HOLDER
- The job includes a strong cooperation with the respective Regional Director, the Managers of the company and the company’s teams as well as with company's Corporate Quality Management (CQM).
- Implementation and control of the company-wide Management System, which is based on ISO 9001: 2015 (Management System processes and other processes valid for the company-group).
- Identification, analysis and documentation of core and support processes of the respective region/ company in accordance with company's process modelling standard with process owners .
- Conduct process training together with process owners.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to manage the company’s continuous improvement process (CIP).
- Organisation and participation in internal and external audits together with CQM.
- Provide Quality Management reporting to the Managing Director and CQM.
- Management of claims arising during or after implementation of a Project.
- Coordinate between sales, operations and legal with matters pertaining to claims
FLEXIBILISATION OF DUTIES
- In addition to the duties mentioned above, the job holder is required to carry out other duties that are in essence part of his area of activity, according to his knowledge and abilities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience in the implementation of management systems, preferably according to ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Proof of QM qualifications, e.g. Quality Management Officer, Quality Representative, Quality Manager.
- External Qualification and experience as an internal auditor.
- Proof of QM qualifications, e.g. Quality Management Officer, Quality Representative, Quality Manager.
- External Qualification and experience as an internal auditor.
